In this entry, I would like to introduce to you a place that will make chicken (and fried chicken) lovers rejoice 😍💕
Yeah, I'm talking about Chicken Plus 😍🍗
All the way from South Korea, Chicken Plus is a casual-dining restaurant that specializes in Korean Fried Chicken. This restaurant had expanded its chain into other countries including Malaysia which now has 6 branches across the Klang Valley (and still counting)
Actually this was my second time visiting Chicken Plus since my first time was with my friends at the Central i-city branch in Shah Alam (thanks girls 😍) but in this particular entry, I would like to talk about my experience in my second visit at the Melawati Mall branch.

When you arrive at this restaurant, you will be greeted by a display of the dishes that are served at the restaurant. Apart from good ol' Korean Fried Chicken in various styles and sauces, you will see that this restaurant also serves pizza, tteokbokki (rice cakes) and other dishes too. 😋

*IMPORTANT NOTE!*
Since we are now in our PKPP stage (Covid-19 recovery stage), it is important that all patrons follow the SOP guidelines when visiting any restaurants and eateries.
The SOP provided below are the same for all restaurants, eateries and cafes throughout Malaysia.
1. Wear your mask.
2. Fill in your details in the contact-tracing book OR scan the QR code provided.
3. The staff will scan your temperature

Just as I have mentioned earlier, Chicken Plus specializes in Korean Fried Chicken in various preparations, toppings and sauces. Want something more fulfilling aside from your choice of fried chicken? You can choose from their selection of tteokbokki, pizza and rice dishes. Pair them off with a side dish of your choosing. As you are waiting for your food to arrive, the staff will ask you whether you want shredded cabbages and pickled radishes as an extra optional side dish for free.
Psst... you can even add-on melted cheese to your fried chicken and tteokbokki for an extra fee. 😉

| Creamy Onion Fried Chicken Crispy fried chicken topped with a creamy onion sauce. I enjoy eating this but the creamy topping may be a little bit too rich for some people. But it is still delicious 👍 |

| Ho-ro-rok Tteokbokki Chewy rice cakes with fish cakes smothered in a fiery spicy sauce. This dish is a big portion, enough for 2-3 pax. In my opinion, this dish is spicy! 😂🔥 |
As for the drinks, you can choose from an array of soft drinks, coffee, tea, juices and Korean specialty drinks such as Bongbong, Sacsac and Milkiss. I have chosen lemonade since I prefer something acidic to cut down the richness from the food that I've eaten 😂👍 Besides, it is a nice and refreshing way to end my meal. 👍
Overall, I had an enjoyable dining experience at Chicken Plus 😄👍
The food is delicious, affordable with reasonable portion sizes.
The staffs are helpful.
The restaurant's surroundings are clean, cozy and comfortable.
Chicken Plus is a great restaurant to satisfy your fried chicken cravings with your friends and loved ones after a long tiring day of shopping
